This is the Taiyo Yuden brand Silver/Blue CD-R media that is fully conforms to the "Orange Book Part II".

This type of media consists of the standard silver surface and cyanine dye on the burning surface. This type of dye is most compatible media for older CD-R/RW DRIVES due to compatibility of a wide range of laser powers of CD-R/RW DRIVES and CD Players.
